Mamma Bakes Brownies come in a variety of flavours, from Classic chocolate, to zesty chocolate orange and event caramalised pecan.
Our brownies are made with 70% Belgium chocolate, no cocoa to be found. Making them rich and the perfect treat for any chocoholic.

Pink perfection
White chocolate and raspberry
Using fresh seasonal raspberries in the summer time, our pretty pink, white chocolate and raspberry sponge is always a hit! Wrapped in a velvet pink layer of vanilla buttercream and topped with white chocolate and raspberries. But, it doesn't end there. The sponge itself is muddled with white chocolate chunks before being layered with a tangy raspberry conserve and light white chocolate buttercream.

Caramel
Using whipped brown butter, this golden sponge is layered with a caramel buttercream and caramel sauce, before being decorated with the same again and finished with chunks of Cornish fudge.

We take 2 layers of rich chocolate sponge, split them and stack them with a delicate chocolate buttercream. Our buttercream is made using only the dreamiest melted Belgium chocolate.

Perfect with a coffee
Lotus Biscoff
Everyone's favorite coffee mate, but in the form of a cake! Using cinnamon, nut meg and ginger, this spiced cake is then wrapped in a Biscoff buttercream before being drizzled in melted biscoff saucer and dusted with crushed biscoff crumb.

We wont call it a Victoria, as technically, it's not... but, it's what we would all consider one to be. 2 soft vanilla sponges, layered with strawberry conserve and paired with our hand whipped vanilla buttercream. Topped with more buttercream or a dusting of powder sugar.
